i really enjoyed the location as it was very close to nanjing road. the room was also spacious, a definite plus. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions. i found this very useful.

the hotel is conveniently situated opposite people's square metro station, specifically exit number 8. a famous pedestrian shopping district is just around the corner and offers many options. this accessibility makes exploring the area very easy.

most staff members were very cute and friendly, and they tried to help with every request. the front desk personnel were helpful with questions about the surrounding area. i found them to be courteous and professional.

there is a mall beside the hotel, only about 50 to 100 meters away from the hotel. several western food options are over there. this proximity made dining and shopping very convenient.

the hotel location was very convenient. it was opposite exit 8 of the metro station. the staff provided more water daily at no cost. the hot water worked perfectly with strong pressure.
The room was quite warm. I am not sure how it would be during summer. but we survived.

the hotel is centrally located near the square i liked how attentive the staff were and how eager they were to assist me. the receptionist spoke good english and that was a plus.
the room seemed outdated to me and the smell was not good both in the room and from the sheets. my room was dusty and there was no view from the windows at all
